So, as if the journey ahead isn't going to be challenging enough, we've added another challenge to the trip.We are searching for the best Vanilla Slice the UK has to offer. We will be judging each vanilla slice we try in each town on 5 key points:
1. Taste
2. Stability (no one likes it when a slice collapses and ends up in a mushy mess)
3. Stickyness (obviously it's a sticky dessert, but I don't like it when they stick to the bag)
4. Aesthetics (it's got to look as good as it tastes)
5. Ability to hit the spot (a good vanilla slice always hits the spot)
Were hoping that a vanilla slice-a-day will give us some of the sugars our body needs!
